HUBUNGAN WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT DENGAN KINERJA PERAWAT WANITA DALAM PENDOKUMENTASIAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN

Abstract

Work-family conflict merupakan konflik peran yang sering terjadi pada perawat wanita yang sudah menikah., salah satunya dalam hal pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan work-family conflict dengan kinerja perawat wanita dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perawat wanita yang sudah menikah yang betugas di ruang IGD, ICU dan rawat inap RS PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar sebanyak 73 perawat. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik propotion stratified random sampling dengan jumlah 42 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner work-family conflict dan kinerja dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawat. Korelasi kedua variabel diuji menggunakan uji Kendall’s tau-c. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden mengalami tingkat work-family conflict rendah yaitu 34 responden (81%). Sebagian besar responden memiliki kinerja dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan baik yaitu sebanyak 41 responden (97,6%). Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p value 0,324 (p>0,05) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yaitu 0,018. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara work-family conflict dengan kinerja perawat wanita dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan 

Work-family conflict is a role conflict that often occurs in married female nurses. one of which is in terms of documentation of nursing care. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between work-family conflict and the performance of female nurses in documenting nursing care. This was a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population of this research were 73 married female nurses who served in the emergency room, ICU and inpatient care at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital. Sampling was conducted using a proportional stratified random sampling technique with a total of 42 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaire on the relationship between work-family conflict and performance in the documentation of nursing care. The correlation of the two variables was tested using Kendall's tau-c test. The results showed that most of the respondents experienced a low level of work-family conflict, which were 34 respondents (81%). Most of the respondents have good performance in documenting nursing care, which were 41 respondents (97.6%). Statistical test results obtained p value of 0.324 (p> 0.05) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.018. This value indicates that there is no significant relationship between work-family conflict and the performance of female nurses in documenting nursing care.
