HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI TENTANG KOMUNIKASI KEPALA BIDANG PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN KINERJA PERAWAT PELAKSANA

Kinerja perawat dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Selama ini perawat dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan sudah baik namun masih ada yang kurang optimal. Kinerja yang kurang optimal dari perawat akan berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan yang pada akhirnya dapat menyebabkan mutu pelayanan yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi tentang komunikasi kepala bidang pelayanan keperawatan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif noneksperimental dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 95 perawat diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan persepsi tentang komunikasi kepala bidang pelayanan keperawatan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan p value 0,0001. Ada hubungan yang sedang antara persepsi tentang komunikasi kepala bidang pelayanan keperawatan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana.

ABSTRACT
The performance of nurses can be seen from the implementation of nursing care. During this time a nurse in performing nursing care is good but there is still less than optimal. Less than optimal performance of the nurses will have an impact on the quality of services that can ultimately lead to lower quality of service. This study aims to determine the relationship perception of communication head of nursing services with the performance of nurses. This type of research is a quantitative research with cross sectional non eksperimental. The sample consisted of 95 nurses taken with purposive sampling technique. Data collection using the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using product moment. The results showed no relationship perception of communication head of nursing services with the performance of nurses with a p value of 0.0001. There is a moderate correlation between the perception of the communications chief of nursing services with the performance of nurses.
