Kajian Efektivitas Pemberian Vaksinasi Hepatitis B Terhadap Pembentukan Antibodi Anti Hbs

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Hepatitis B merupakan infeksi hepar yang disebabkan oleh Virus Hepatitis B (VHB), suatu anggota famili Hepadna virus sehingga menimbulkan peradangan hati akut atau menahun pada sebagian kecil kasus dapat berlanjut menjadi sirosis hati atau kanker hati. Vaksinasi hepatistis B yang selama ini dilakukan mampu menurunkan angka kesakitan. Adanya beberapa kendala yang terjadi dalam vaksinasi baik secara internal dan eksternal seperti terjadinya netralisasi host, escape mutant atau virus mutasi yang lolos, kualitas vaksin dan faktor lingkungan. Salah satu parameter pengukuran keberhasilan efektivitas vaksinasi hepatitis B melalui pemeriksaan imunologis secara in vitro menggunakan perangkat diagnostic berdasarkan pengukuran titer antibody Anti HBs. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengkajian terhadap efektivitas vaksinasi hepatitis B terhadap individual yang telah divaksinasi. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil 100 % mengalami kenaikan anti HBs selama 6 bulan dari pemberian vaksinasi hepatitis B.

ABSTRACT
Hepatitis B is a liver infection caused by the Hepatitis B virus ( HBV ), a member of the family Hepadna virus causing acute or chronic inÀ ammation of the liver in a minority of cases may progress to liver cirrhosis or liver cancer. Hepatistis B vaccination has been done is able to reduce morbidity. The existence of several obstacles that occur in vaccinated both internally and externally as the neutralization of the host, or the escape mutant virus escape mutations, vaccine quality and environmental factors. One of the parameters measuring the success of the effectiveness of hepatitis B vaccination through in vitro immunological examinations using diagnostic device based on the measurement of Anti- HBs antibody titers. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effectiveness of vaccination against hepatitis B who have been vaccinated individual. The results of research conducted showed 100 % anti- HBs increased during the 6 months of vaccination with hepatitis B.
