HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU DENGAN PEMBERIAN MAKANAN PENDAMPING ASI BAYI UMUR 6-24 BULAN DI POSYANDU KARYAMULYA JETIS JATEN

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Pengetahuan tentang makanan pendamping ASI yang dimiliki ibu sangat berpengaruh, semakin tinggi tingkat pengetahuan seseorang semakin baik pelaksanaannya. Keadaan kurang gizi pada bayi dan anak disebabkan pemberian makanan pendamping ASI yang tidak tepat dan ketidaktahuan ibu tentang manfaat dan cara pemberian makanan pendamping ASI yang benar sehingga berpengaruh terhadap pemberian makanan pendamping ASI. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu dan pemberian makanan pendamping ASI bayi umur 6-24 bulan serta mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu dengan pemberian makanan pendamping ASI bayi umur 6-24 bulan di posyandu Karya Mulya Jetis Jaten. Metode penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Lokasi penelitian di Posyandu karya Mulya Jetis Jaten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden, dan  teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dalam bentuk cheklist dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian di Posyandu Karya Mulya menunjukkan responden yang memberikan MP-ASI dengan tingkatan pengetahuan baik sebanyak 66,7%; kelompok tingkatan pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 16,7%; kelompok ibu yang  tingkat pengetahuannya kurang  sebanyak 3,3%. Kesimpulan ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu dengan pemberian makanan pendamping ASI bayi umur 6-24 bulan.

In this case, knowledge about complementary feeding mothers held very influential, the higher a person's level of knowledge the better implementation. The state of malnutrition in infants and children caused by the provision of complementary feeding is not appropriate and the ignorance of mothers about the benefits and how the provision of proper complementary feeding and therefore contributes to the provision of complementary feeding The objective to determine the level of knowledge capital, know breast milk feeding infants aged 6-24 months and to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge of mothers with breast milk feeding infants aged 6-24 months in posyandu work Mulya Jetis Cork. The study was an observational analytic cross sectional design. Location of research work carried out in IHC Mulya Jetis Cork. The population in this study were 30 respondents, the sampling technique using total sampling. Data collection tool used was a questionnaire in the form of checklist with univariate and bivariate analyzes. The results in IHC work Mulya the respondent with a good level of knowledge, providing complementary feeding with a good level of 66.7%, while providing complementary feeding with sufficient levels of as much as 16.7%, and from women whose levels provide knowledge about complementary feeding as much as 3.3%. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers with breast milk feeding bari aged 6-24 months.
