KONGRUENSI PEMBELAJARAN SKILL LAB KEPERAWATAN DENGAN FACULTY LEARNING OUTCOME TENTANG PROSES ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN

Abstract

Proses asuhan keperawatan terdiri dari pengkajian data, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan dan evaluasi tindakan keperawatan. Asuhan keperawatan diajarkan mahasiswa untuk mempersiapkan sebelum praktek dirumahsakit, sehingga perlu diberikan pada skill lab keperawatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kesesuaian pembelajaran skill lab keperawatan dengan faculty learning outcome tentang asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan content analisys. Penelitian ini menganalisis konten checklist penilaian resume keperawatan dan faculty learning outcome tentang proses asuhan keperawatan. Jumlah checklist penilaian resume askep keperawatan adalah 20. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 koder yang nantinya akan menganalisis dari keseluruhan dokumen penelitian Hasil penelitian didapatkan prosentase konten asuhan keperawatan yang sesuai dengan faculty learning outcome adalah 62% dan terdapat extended learning outcome sebesar 38% pada pembelajaran skill lab keperawatan. Kesimpulan model kongruensi antara pembelajaran skill lab keperawatan dengan faculty learning outcome yaitu sebagian besar faculty learning outcome sudah dirumuskan pada pembelajaran skill lab keperawatan sebesar 62 % tentang proses asuhan keperawatan. Saran perlu  adanya penelitian selanjutnya yang berkaitan dengan extended learning outcome pada pembelajaran teori keperawatan.

               The nursing care process consists of data assessment, nursing diagnoses, nursing interventions, nursing implementation and evaluation of nursing actions. Nursing care is taught by students to prepare before practicing in the hospital, so it needs to be given to nursing lab skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of nursing lab skills learning with faculty learning outcomes about nursing care. This study uses a qualitative method with content analysis. This study analyzes the content of the nursing resume assessment checklist and faculty learning outcomes about the nursing care process. The number of checklists for assessing the nursing ascetics resume is 20. This study uses 2 coders which will later analyze the entire research documentThe results showed that the percentage of nursing care content that was in accordance with faculty learning outcomes was 76% ​​and there were extended learning outcomes in nursing lab skills learning. The conclusion of the congruence model between nursing lab skills learning and faculty learning outcomes is that most of the faculty learning outcomes have been formulated in nursing skills learning about 62% the nursing care process. Suggestions need for further research related to extended learning outcomes in nursing theory learning.
